Tour Gettysburg on a ten hour journey into the historic battlegrounds that have shaped history. Departing from Union station at 8AM, a motorcoach takes people into the the town of Gettysburg and onto the battlefield where the battle is From there the cemetery of all the soldiers that fell in the battle is just beyond the battlefield where the motorcoach stops next. The last stop is the home of George Washington Shriver. The tour also includes walking through the areas as well. The Gettysburg Diorama is a mini depiction of the largest battle ever in the US complete with lights, sound and complete narration of all events before, during and after the battle. Over 20,000 pieces make up the diorama, making it one of the largest in the US. Time will be supplied to shop and purchase food while on the tour, but the ticket price includes a buffet lunch in the town of Gettysburg. Dress comfortably and bring a camera for this experience.
