The 18th-Century Craft Fair at
Mount Vernon is a traditional fair that has been going on since the days of George Washington. The first president of America was so taken by the fair that he attended the balls,dinners, horse races etc that were once held at the fair. Now days the fair takes place during the month of September. At the fair, one can expect to see the handiworks of artisans who create colonial style handicrafts.
